- We value the users of our service and aim to work with you to provide a great service. We're always willing to hear from you if you have any feedback or suggestions.
- Get Snappy uses Github for authentication with OAUTH, you need to allow cookies to access the service
- We provide a best effort approach to uptime. The system runs on infrastructure provided by fly.io as so if they go down, we go down.
- Get Snappy is continuously improving and so things may change over time.
- Any errors found or reported with the service will be rectified as soon as possible.
- We store your snapshots in R2 by Cloudflare .
- Baseline images are stored for as long as you have an account with us. Build images are stored for 2 weeks and are then deleted
- We do not store any of your code, only the build images.
- We do not use any form of user tracking for the purposes of marketing and do not sell any data to third parties.
- We provide our services on a per project basis with no pre-defined limit on the number of snapshots you can take. It's fundamentally important for a visual regression tool to be able to run as frequently as you run your test suite. As a business, however, we reserve the right to discuss limiting your snapshots if your consumption becomes a problem for the viability of our business or impacts on other users. We anticipate this would be a rare occurrence and we'll get in touch before any action is taken.
- The number of projects is limited based on your subscription type.
- Get Snappy is a paid service. We offer an unpaid trial to get you started and then require payment for ongoing service. Non payment will result in your use of the service being suspended
- The software is not open source, but we are happy to allow viewing of the source code on request for users of the service for the purposes of security and trust.
- In the event that you wish to view the source code, please get in touch and we'll organise a Non Disclosure Agreement
